The ReesetMe service
ReesetMe is a private, self-guided support tool for reflection, habit change, urge awareness, guided pauses, reminders, and progress tracking. The service may include adaptive coaching powered by artificial intelligence.
ReesetMe is not a medical service, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReesetMe. If local law requires a higher minimum age for this type of service, that higher age applies.
Safety and professional care
Use ReesetMe only when it is appropriate and safe for you. If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to stay safe, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
AI coaching can be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Consider the responses as general support, not a clinical assessment or a guarantee of an outcome.
Subscriptions and billing
ReesetMe may offer a free trial followed by an auto-renewable subscription. The price, duration, and trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Refund requests are handled under the policies of the relevant app store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account, reverse engineer the app, or use ReesetMe to break the law or harm another person.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights. You may stop using ReesetMe at any time.
Changes and availability
We may improve, change, or temporarily suspend parts of ReesetMe. We may update these terms as the service develops. When a change materially affects your rights, we will provide an appropriate notice.
